“My father rode a camel. I drive a car. My son flies a jet-plane. His son will ride a camel.”-Saudi saying

What are Complete Streets?

Complete streets meet the needs of all street users including pedestrians, bicyclists, users of public transit, motorists, children, the elderly, and the disabled. Complete Streets Policy is now the law. Cities around California seek to integrate "The Complete Streets Act" AB 1358, and "Redesigning Communities to Reduce Greenhouse Gases" SB 375 into the Transportation Element of their General Plan, as mandated by both  state and federal legislation.
