Many
people don’t know that if the Toll Road connects to the 5 freeway the
TCA plans to extend managed toll lanes South to the San Diego County adding 2 more lanes to each side of the 5 freeway south to
the county line destroying even more of San Clemente. Let’s not allow this agency run amok destroy South Orange County for special interests
and lobbyists, the only ones to benefit.
