These Sharrows mysteriously appeared Halloween night on Pacific Coast Highway in Corona del Mar. Was the Wicked Witch of the West responsible? No! These safety markings were brought to you by the Bike Safety Committee in cooperation with Public Works and the city of Newport Beach.
