Major urban developments are anticipated for Laguna Beach, the planners could really mess this up or they could develop liveable streets.

The developers are out of touch with community to make this suggestion. This massive large scale development project is not resident serving and is completely out of character and scope for a small residental seaside beach retirement community. Since money drives the bus with the city manager and city attorney, this large scale development project will be built at the expense of the quality of life for residents.
